Pancakes, sausages and some local air travel on a Sunday morning.

The Charles City Lions Club put on its annual all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast on Sunday, during the annual Fly-In at Northeast Iowa Regional Airport on Hwy. 18 east of Charles City.

Several hundred people showed up for the event, which has been going on for more than 20 years.

The breakfast is one of the Charles City Lions Club’s main fundraisers, and the money raised goes back to the Lions Club for continued Charles City Community philanthropy.

Breakfast was served through the morning and plane rides were available at $20 per person for people of all ages.
