The Charles City High School Jazz Band, directed by Jake Gassman, couldn’t have asked for a better day for its final concert of the 2018-19 school year, under sunny blue skies at the Riverside Amphitheater on Saturday afternoon. The band played a variety of tunes, all selected by members of the senior class.
