Patsy Clara Hoffman, 69, of Charles City, IA died Wednesday, April 10, 2019 surrounded by family at her home.

A visitation will be held from 4-6 pm with a 4 pm Rosary Service on Sunday, April 14, 2019 at Fullerton-Hage Funeral Home, 401 Blunt Street. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am with a one hour prior visitation on Monday, April 15, 2019 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 106 Chapel Ln. Father Gary Mayer will be officiating. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Charles City.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to PAWS Humane Society.
