Tino Tamayo named All-NEIC Baseball Honorable Mention
Press photo by John Burbridge Charles City junior Tino Tamayo was named All-Northeast Iowa Conference Baseball Honorable Mention as a pitcher after posting a 3.10 earned run average with a team-leading 52 innings pitched. At the plate, Tamayo hit .264.
At the Main Street Iowa Development Awards held recently in Des Moines, Barry Levey (second from left) was honored as Main Street Charles City's Leadership Award honoree, and Mark Wicks, third from left, was honored as one of Main Street's veteran Tenured Executive Directors (TEDs) .
