CC men on instructional staff for forestry event

Two Charles City men will be instructors at the “Tree Farmer of the Year” Field Day on Tuesday, Oct. 11, in Decorah.

The event will feature not only the recognition of Rick Burras at the Iowa Tree Farmer of the Year, but will have instructional sessions including using GPS/GIS for your forest, lumber, Ask a Forester and chainsaw safety.
