An accident at the intersection of Underwood Avenue and Highway 18 east of Charles City left three people with minor injuries Wednesday evening.
Two trucks collided at the intersection around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
One of the trucks appeared to have been hit on its side and the other had damage on its front. Additional information was not available Tuesday night.
Traffic built up at the scene of the crash and Charles City firefighter Russ Bornstein and Floyd County Sheriff’s Deputy Chad Weber directed the cars in the 6-degree weather.
The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office, AMR and Charles City Fire Department were on the scene.
