The Charles City Community School District presented its 34th annual All-City Orchestra Concert Monday evening at the North Grand Auditorium.

Despite the cold weather requiring some of the instruments to get re-tuned on stage, the concert went on without a hitch.

Director Bethany Rhine had the ear to help her students tune their instruments on the spot.

The concert featured delightful songs from around the world.

The 6th-grade, 7th- and 8th-grade and high school orchestras all performed.

The concert also featured the double-bass, cello, viola and violin ensembles.
