The Charles City High School Vocal Music Department presented its 2018 Finale Concert Tuesday evening at North Grand Auditorium.
The vocalists treated the audience to two different Comet Chorus and Choir Women’s Triple Trio ensembles, the Comet Chorus, the Charles City Chamber Choir and the Charles City Concert Choir. Then the students presented a slideshow to honor their seniors and asked alumni from the audience to join them in singing the alma mater.
Soloists included Dylan Parsons, Maci Milks, Tyreque Baker, Ashlyn Bauer, Gavin Connell, John Perez and Valerie Allison.
The vocal music department is directed by Derek Sturtevant, with Chris Cleveland, piano accompaniment.
