CCHS Orchestra, Symphonic Band perform Winter Concert

The Charles City Community School District presented “A Winter Concert” at North Grand Auditorium on Monday, featuring the CCHS String Orchestra and the CCHS Symphonic Band, directed by Bethany Rhine and Jake Gassman.

The string orchestra performed “Angel Echoes” by Larry Clark, “Journey of the Magi” by Robert Longfield and “Auld Lang Syne” by Chip Davis and Robert Longfield.

The symphonic band performed “Night Dances” by Bruce Yurko, “Greensleeves” by Alfred Reed and “Imaginarium” by Randall Standridge.
