THEY'LL BE TALKING about is for some time to come and the one who caused all the commotion is 19-year-old Dave Waters, son of Mr. and Mrs. Merle Waters, 705 7th Ave.. Dave rolled a perfect game at Comet Bowl last night (Thursday, March 2, 1967) to record Charles City's first sanctioned 300 score. In addition, he received $300 from Ray's Pizza.
