Douglas E. Lembke

Douglas E. Lembke, 48, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at his home.

He was born July 24, 1969, to Paul Arthur and Carol Ann (Roberts) Lembke in Mason City, Iowa. Douglas earned his Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy from Kirkwood Community College, Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

He married Melissa Ann Wilson on October 2, 1993. She survives of the home.

Douglas was an Assistant Occupational Therapist at Kindred Healthcare, Aegis Therapies, and the former Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center. He was a Christian and attended Strong Tower Baptist Church, St. Joseph.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife; daughters, Ella Roach (Spencer), Brea Lembke, and Adriana Guernsey (Cody); four grandchildren; siblings, James Lembke (Michelle), Suzanne McDonald (Jason), and Michael Lembke; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
