Greene: Private Funeral services for Thomas J. Spratt, 3 months old, of Greene, will be 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2019, at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Greene with Pastor Daniel Flucke and Pastor Gary Hatcher officiating. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery Greene.

Visitation is open to the public and will be held from 4-6 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2019 at Retz Funeral Home, 519 N. First St. Greene.

Thomas James Spratt was born on Oct. 17, 2018, the son of Chase Thomas and Jasmine Rose (Esposito) Spratt in Waterloo, Iowa and passed away at home in his parents loving care with the assistance of Cedar Valley Hospice.

His family is very appreciative of all the support they have received during Tommy’s short life. Tommy was a blessing that will forever live on in our hearts.

Tommy is survived by his parents, Chase and Jasmine Spratt, Greene; Paternal grandparents, Tom (Nanette) Spratt, Greene; maternal grandparents, Brody (Heather) Breitbach, Allison; Tommy’s aunts and uncles: Damian (Hannah) Spratt, Readlyn; Brett (Philip) Dane, Waverly; Blake (Casie) Stroberg, Greene; Zach Breitbach, Allison; Nichole Breitbach, Allison; Justine Breitbach, New Hampton; Cousins: Jeff (Isabella) Stroberg, Greene;Declan Dane, Waverly; great grandparents: Donna Spratt, Greene; Jerry (Marilyn) Bouillon, Greene; Kim Jordan , Clarksville, Dan (Cheryl) Breitbach, Janesville; Carrie (Andrew) Esposito, Parkersburg.

He is preceded in death by his great grandfather, Jim Spratt, great grandfather David Boysen, and great great grandparents Ida and Louis Breitbach, Robert and Elizabeth Crotty; Joe and Faye Jordan.
