Gospel singing group The Williamsons perform Saturday evening at Floyd Gospel Sing in Floyd Community Center Park. Two dozen gospel soloists and groups from around the country performed Friday and Saturday, and some stuck around to perform in area churches on Sunday.
The Floyd Gospel Sing was started in 1995 by Pastor Paul and Dixie Phillips of the Gospel Lighthouse Church in Floyd. Proceeds from the annual event go to support the Lighthouse Academy Christian school.
