Kayden Blunt named to All-Northeast Iowa Conference Baseball Second Team
Charles City junior Kayden Blunt was named to the All-Northeast Iowa Conference Baseball Second Team as well as being an All-Class 3A-Northeast District Honorable Mention selection. Blunt co-led the Comets in home runs (3) and RBIs (27) while hitting .391. As a pitcher, Blunt logged in a team-high 45 2/3 innings while striking out 57 — also a team/staff high.
