No serious injuries in two-vehicle accident Sunday evening

A two-car accident after 6 p.m. Sunday at the corner of B Street and 4th Avenue in Charles City resulted in one of the vehicles rolled onto its side, but no significant injuries.

Early information at the scene was that a Jeep SUV and a Chevrolet Venture minivan collided at the intersection, causing the Jeep to tip onto its side.

Additional information was not available from the Charles City Police Department Sunday evening.
