Workers with Municipal Pipe Tool Co. out of Hudson spent most of the day Tuesday on the corner of Clinton and 4th streets in Charles City working on sewer lines in preparation for a $300,000 project to line 9,700 feet of sanitary sewer pipe in the city this spring and summer.
