Tripping the lights fantastic
Eleven residents from Apple Valley Assisted Living were picked up by Charles City Transit as part of the Holiday Lights Tour Tuesday night. Circle K Communications, which runs the transit system for the city, began the holiday lights tour several years ago as a way to say thanks to regular riders and to give people who don’t get out much at night an opportunity to see the Christmas displays. The tour was cancelled last year because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Submitted photo
