Pedal car driving was all the rage for the youngsters Friday at Charles City’s Party in the Park. It was “Rock Star” night, as people were invited to share their singing talents to the music of Kenyatta’s Sound. Other activities included some fun and games for kids and adults, several food trucks, a beer garden, a “No Shine Truck Show” and a trivia contest.
