Perler Bead Art at the Library

Perler Bead Art was the activity of the day at the Charles City Public Library on Tuesday as kids came out to create colorful crafts for the Get Messy program.

Craftmaking will continue through January as the program will feature Diamond Art next week and “Snow Day Crafts” on Jan. 28.
