Rainbow Loom Bracelets at Charles City Public Library

Cold weather couldn’t keep kids away from the Charles City Public Library’s Get Messy program on Tuesday, Feb. 18.

For this week’s program, kids worked their fingers with Rainbow Loom Bracelets, linking tiny rubber bands together into a colorful craft. A similar craft is on the schedule for next week with a lesson in finger knitting.
