PAWS animals have a night out at Tellurian

Tellurian Brewing invited two special guests to meet the Thursday night crowd for PAWS Night May 22.
Simon the cat and Misty the dog enjoyed the nice weather and met potential new owners as PAWS Humane Society volunteers shared information on adoptions and updated people on the latest events at the shelter.
While Simon relaxed in his carrier and watched the people come and go, Misty was eager to introduce herself to anybody walking by.
“She loves everyone,” said Lanie Sanvig, owner of Tellurian Brewing and a PAWS board member. “I think she’d be a great running buddy.”
The pet visit saw a good response, with one potential new pet owner coming all the way from Mason City to pick up an application.
Tellurian will be hosting PAWS Nights once a month through the summer, with the next one set for June 26.
Before that though, the brewery will be the starting point for the PAWS Dog Jog fundraiser, scheduled for June 20. More information is available at https://register.chronotrack.com/r/85339.
