Just shy of a year ago Klevin Keifer purchased Mills Inc. from long time friend Gary Mills. Before selling to Keifer, Mills owned and ran the business for 50 years.

Mills Inc. specializes in residential and light commercial plumbing and heating and cooling installation. The next step is to expand. Keifer is hoping to expand Mills Inc.’s septic system sales and services, giving customers more options in fulfilling their plumbing needs.

Customers are a main priority. When asked about the best part of the job, Keifer listed helping customers find solutions. He wants to ensure Mills Inc. is as loyal to its customers as they are to the business.

“It’s been almost a year since I took over,” Keifer said. “I just want to thank our loyal customers. It’s been a great year.”

Despite changing hands, customers remained unwavering allowing Mills Inc. to continue providing for their plumbing, heating and cooling needs.

“I really appreciate their loyalty,” Keifer said.

Those who do business with Mills Inc. can count on the same reliable, quality service and friendly faces they’ve grown to trust working in their homes or businesses. Maintaining Mills’ business practice of integrity, honesty and fairness, has been Keifer’s goal since he took over Mills Inc.
