The Community is invited to the worship services at the Charles City Evangelical Free Church on Sunday Nov. 15.

Reverend Terry Baxter from International Missions will be speaking at the morning worship services at 9:30 a.m.

CC offering Alzheimer’s support group

The Alzheimer’s Association’s Caregiver Support Groups will meet at 4 p.m. on the third Tuesday of every month in the Fireside Room at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Charles City. The support group is designed to provide emotional, educational and social support for caregivers through regularly scheduled meetings. They help participants develop methods and skills to solve problems.

The groups encourage caregivers to maintain their own personal, physical, and emotional health, as well as optimally care for the person with dementia.

Seniors invited to enjoy bowling in CC

Senior Citizens 50 years old and older are invited to come bowling for exercise and fun every Tuesday and Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the Comet Bowl in Charles City. Bowl as many games as desired.
