1:43 p.m. — Talked to a subject over the phone about some information they had on an incident where they were shined by a green laser. 2:50 p.m. — Spoke with a person over the phone reference a possible scam. 3:02 p.m. — Went to the 600 block of South Main Street for an animal complaint. Officers were unable to locate the dog. 4:22 p.m. — Went to the 200 block of Glenwood Road for a welfare check. All was fine to be fine upon arrival. 4:55 p.m. — Went to the intersection of Freeman Street and Gilbert Street for a stalled vehicle. The vehicle was pushed to a safer location. 7 p.m. — Went to the 2100 block of Clarkview Street to assist AMR in a medical emergency. 7:45 p.m. — Went to the 500 block of North Main Street for a report of the Street being flooded.

When officers arrived the street had no standing water on it. 7:54 a.m. — Took a call from Mercy Hospital about a patient they had in their custody. 8:53 p.m. — Talked with a subject at the police department about a possible assault. No charges were pursued at this time. 11: 15 p.m. — Responded to the 2100 block of Clark Street to assist AMR with an emergency ambulance call.
