LOCAL NOTES Clergy invited to Hospice of North Iowa

Hospice of North Iowa is inviting all area clergy for lunch at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 18, at the Hospice Office at 1003 Gilbert St.

Connie Bleile, director of Hospice and Palliative Medicine, Mason City, and staff serving our area, will be present to give an update on services and to answer questions anyone may have.

Lasagna with all the trimmings will be served by the local Hospice board. Please RSVP to either Gladys Kellogg, 641-228-4591 or Judy Hauser 641-228-6762. It is hoped that many clergy will take advantage of this opportunity. Everyone is welcome.

November is Membership Month for the Charles City Senior Citizens. The $10 fee includes: 1) cards and/or pool play; 2) $10 off if renting the center; 3) FREE coffee & rolls two times a year (one-Saturday, Nov. 14 from 10-11); 4) members only at the Annual Christmas Party on Sat., Dec.
