Historic Preservation Commission

The Charles City Historic Preservation Commission will meet at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 17, at 401 N. Main St. This meeting is open to the public.

County Soil and Water Commissioners

The regular meeting of the Floyd County Soil & Water Conservation District Commissioners will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2015, at 7:00 am at the Natural Resources Conservation Service office, 623 Beck Street, Charles City.

Floyd County Compensation Board

The first meeting of the Floyd County Compensation Board for fiscal year 2015/2016 will be Monday, Nov. 23. at 4 p.m. in the Floyd County Courthouse.

Floyd County Fair Board

The Floyd County Fair Board meeting will be Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2015 at 7p.m. at the Charles City High School ag room.

Floyd County Extension Council

The Floyd County Extension Council will be meeting for their monthly council meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 17 at 7 p.m. at the Floyd County Extension Office, 112 N. Main Street, Charles City. This meeting is open to the public.

Floyd County Republicans

The Floyd County Republicans’ meeting will be Monday, Nov. 16 at the NIACC Center in Charles City beginning at 7 p.m. Steve Scheffler and Waylon Browning will be the guests.
