GRAIN MOSTLY HIGHER AND LIVESTOCK MIXED

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly higher Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery rose 7.75 cents to $4.9775 a bushel; March corn was up 3.25 cents to 3.73 a bushel; March oats was off 4.75 cents to 2.2750 a bushel; while January soybeans gained 6.75 cents to $8.6425 bushel.

Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle was up 2.18 cents to $1.3420 a pound; January feeder cattle rose 1.75 cents to $1.6540 a pound; while February lean hogs fell .05 cent at $.5827 a pound.
