Union Busy Bees share Nov. 22 meeting minutes

The Union Busy Bees held their Nov. 22 meeting at the Marble Rock Community Center. Twenty-four members were present and answered roll call, “Favorite Thanksgiving Food.” Jared Marth reported on the Box Maze, and the club raised $144 in funds.

Wylinn Schmitt reported on Bingo at the Nora Springs Care Center. The club will be ringing bells for the Salvation Army in late December at Ace Hardware.

Yearly calendars are now available, please contact Teresa Marth if interested. Crisis Intervention family lists are now being handed out.

Remember to be kind this holiday season and donate to unfortunate families. Lesley Mehmen presented awards.

Beef Weigh in is Saturday, Dec. 5 at Link Livestock from 8-11 a.m.

The next meeting will be held at Teresa’s house on December 13th at 4:00 p.m. We will be wrapping gifts for Crisis Intervention.
