FLOYD COMMUNITY CENTER AND COMMUNITY ACTIVITY SCHEDULE: Dec. 19 – Helt Christmas Party.

Dec. 20 – Early Bird Bingo, 1 p.m. sharp! Regular Bingo at 1:30 p.m.

Dec. 22 – NO Floyd Lions Club meeting.

Dec. 23 – Card Party.

Dec. 24, 25 – City Hall will be closed for the Holiday.

Dec. 25 – Merry Christmas to all.

Dec. 28 – Recycle Day.

Snow Removal: No person shall park, abandon, or leave unattended any vehicle on any public street, alley, or city-owned parking area during snow removal operations unless the snow has been removed or plowed from said street, alley or parking area and the snow has ceased to fall. If any measurable accumulation has occurred by 10 p.m., then this parking prohibition shall be in force from 2-8 a.m. on any given day OR until street/lot has been plowed. Fine/towing may result if you fail to follow the ordinance.

Snowmobilers: Reminder that snowmobiles need to stay on the snowmobile route. Please do NOT go on private property. Please be respectful of others’ property. If you have questions where the snowmobile route is, please stop by City Hall and get a map. Map will also be posted at City Hall and Post Office.
