Phillip D. Mansker

Phillip D. Mansker, 73, of Charles City, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at the University of Minnesota Medical Center.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be directed to Linda Mansker.

Phillip was born Jan. 3, 1947 in Waverly, Iowa.

Phillip is survived by his wife of fifty years, Linda Mansker and sister, JoAnna Crawford. Phillip is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.
