Charles Miller

Charles Miller, 92, of Charles City, passed away Saturday, Jan. 23, 2021 at the 9th Street Chautauqua Guest Home in Charles City.

Private inurnment will take place at Sunnyside Memory Gardens in rural Charles City.

Charles Arthur Miller, the son of Charles B. and Berniece (Kimball) Miller, was born on March 23, 1928 in Charles City. He graduated from Charles City High School. Charles was united in marriage to June Regel on June 16, 1946 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua.

Charles worked for Peerless Photo Co., Sherman Nursery, and retired from White-New Idea Farm Equipment after 44 years. He was a member of El-Kahir Shrine in Cedar Rapids, St. Charles Masonic Lodge #141, Joppa Commandery #55 K.T., Royal Arch Masons of Iowa Almond Chapter #53, Elks Club, and a lifetime member of the V.F.W.

Living family members include his son, Murray Miller of Victor.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, June; and son, Martin.
