Jackie “Jack” Leroy Hulbert, 68, of Charles City, IA died on Sunday, Oct. 24, 2021 at Floyd County Memorial Hospital.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. with a one hour prior visitation on Friday, Oct. 29, 2021 at Fullerton-Hage Funeral Home, 401 Blunt St, Charles City.  Reverend Russ Leeper from St John Lutheran Church in Charles City will be officiating. Burial will take place at Sunnyside Cemetery in Charles City at a later date.
