Allyson Connerley, 44, of Charles City, passed away Friday, Dec. 31, 2021.
A celebration of life for Allyson will be held on Saturday, Jan. 15, 2022 from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. at the VFW in Charles City. All are welcome to join.
Allyson was born the second daughter of Douglas and Lynette Connerley in New Hampton, Iowa. Allyson lived most of her life in Gotham, Wisconsin and graduated class of 1996 from Richland Center High School in Wisconsin. She currently lived in Charles City, Iowa.
Allyson enjoyed many things; but had a passion for teaching children, photography, and gaming. Though Allyson didn’t have any children of her own, she was a caretaker for many in her lifetime, and most recently was caring for her great niece; Kahmella. Allyson’s greatest joys in her life were her nieces and nephews.
Allyson is survived by her parents Lynette and Douglas Connerley of Charles City. Her special friend of seven years; Jeremy Peer. Her sisters; Stacey(Derek) Morris, Sandra(Robert) Engebretson, Jessica Schoeneman, and Lynsie(Matthew) Reibsamen – all from Charles City. Her nieces and nephews; Anthony, Faith, Danielle, Alicia, Lakota, Larissa, Michael, McKenna and Jocelyn. Many great nieces and nephews.
Allyson was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents; Ruby and Stanley Whaley and her paternal grandparents; DeLeroy and Donna Connerley.
