Tammera Jacobs-Delacerna

Tammera Jacobs-Delacerna, 60, of Charles City, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2022 at her home.

A Celebration of Life for Tammera will be held at the end of the summer in 2022.

Tammera Jo Jacobs-Delacerna was born on June 10, 1961. Her parents are Forest and Malita Jacobs. She attended Charles City High School and has been a resident of Charles City for many years.

Tammera worked at the front desk of the YMCA for over 10 years and retired from there. She loved working in her flower beds, reading novels, going camping and having get-togethers with her friends and family.

Tammera’s pride and joy was her only son, Tyler Jacobs (Delany) of Osage; her three grandchildren: Zane, Trinnity, Draven and one baby girl on the way. She will be missed by all who loved her.
