Roy Kelly Obituary

CW4 (Ret) US ARMY, Roy W. Kelly, 62,  of Charles City, Passed away peacefully at home on Jan. 22, 2023. Funeral Services will be held privately at a later date.

Roy was born on June 18, 1960 in Ashland, Ky. Roy served his country proudly for 29 years. Roy retired from Army active duty as a Chief Warrant Officer 4 in June of 2010. After his service, Roy was a project manager for the United States Army Materiel Systems located on Aberdeen Proving Ground, Aberdeen, Maryland.

Roy is survived by his wife, Jane (Bledsoe) Kelly; son, Nicholas Kelly, Charles City, Iowa; son, Jason Kelly and daughter, Misty Kelly, both of Mansfield, Ohio; and Father and Mother in-law, Bill and Sharon Bledsoe, of Charles City, Iowa.
