Carol Brown

A celebration of Carol Brown’s life will take place on Saturday, Nov. 23, at 11 a.m. at Messiah Lutheran Church, Charles City, IA.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until 15 minutes prior to the start of the service at the church on Saturday. A luncheon will follow Carol’s service at the church. A private interment will be held at a later date.
