LETTER: CC residents can’t afford buildings that we don’t need

Mr. Davis.

Do you realize what you are saying?

This is a small town and you want the people, a lot of people on fixed incomes (Social Security), to pay millions and millions of dollars on buildings we definitely can’t afford and really don’t need.

Why do you people want to make life more burdensome than it already is for these people?

Neither they nor we should be burdened with this enormous debt that you propose for the rest of their lives.

Why do you want to make them choose between paying for their medicine and food or paying their taxes?

Please don’t burden us with this enormous debt.
