Hot Shots pool hall to put on charity tournaments Dec. 19

Hot Shots will be hosting charity-style darts and pool tournaments on Dec. 19.

Those willing to contribute are asked to bring a donation of one new, unwrapped toy that will cover the green fee cost for each tournament. All toys will be donated to Holiday Cheer, hosted by the Charles City Chamber of Commerce.

The darts tournament will be a best out of three tournament. Partners will be drawn at 2:30 p.m. and will include one game of 501, one game of Cricket and a flip for the final game. Cost of entry is $10 and $50 will be added to the final pot.

The pool tournament will be 8-ball, split field and will be a $30 ($15 per person) entry fee. Partners will be drawn and players must sign up by 11 a.m.
