Comet 4-by-100 relay qualifies for state after CC’s 4-by-200 denied by disqualification

For Hoefer, Jones and Cunnings, it was sweet redemption as they were on Charles City’s 4-by-200 relay team that initially placed second only to be denied a state berth by way of disqualification due to a lane-exchange infraction.
