CHARLES CITY — The Charles City Youth Bowling League had its annual awards banquet last Saturday at Comet Bowl where outstanding league bowlers, and top placers in the City Tournament and Higher Education Scholarship Winners were announced.


First Place Team — Abrianna Collins, Loretta Grafton, Kylie Novak, Draya Holtz.

Second Place Team — Noah White, Jayden Lopez, Simon Schmidtke, Joey Robel.

Third Place Team — Logan Boehmer, Elliott Linde, Hunter Boehmer, Carson Linde.

Boys Singles — 1st Noah White, 2nd Simon Schmidtke, 3rd Micheal Solberg.

Girls Singles — 1st Aubrey Putney, 2nd Mila Gifford, 3rd Payton Hadley.

Doubles — 1st Hunter Boehmer and Logan Boehmer, 2nd Xander McHenry and Justin Babcock, 3rd Aubrey Putney and Alexis Putney.

Boys All Events — 1st Michael Solberg, 2nd Justin Babcock, 3rd Hunter Palmer.

Girls All Events — 1st Kyle Novak, 2nd Payton Hadley, 3rd Abrianna Collins.


Boys 12-18 — 1st Michael Solberg ($600), 2nd Connor Brown ($500), 3rd Max Collins ($400), 4th Mason Freiberg ($300), 5th Parker Deardeuff ($200), 6th Elliott Linde ($100), 7th Isaac Gassman ($100), 8th Noah White ($50), 9th Hunter Boehmer ($50), 10th Simon Schmidtke ($50).
