Charles City Middle School physical education teacher Ryan Schmalen is the new Charles City varsity boys wrestling coach. Comet coaches will be at The Pub on Friday from 6 to 7 p.m. to meet with the public.

CHARLES CITY — The public is invited to meet Charles City High School’s winter-season coaches this Friday (Nov. 15) from 6 to 7 p.m. at The Pub on the Cedar, 101 North Jackson St.
The “Meet the Coaches” event is due to include Comet coaches in Basketball, Bowling, Cheer, Dance and Wrestling.
