Letter to the Editor: Wondering about rock applied to street

I am curious about (and very tired of) all the rock that was applied to “kinda fix cracks” several months ago down here in front of my home.

It is a ridiculous mess. The middle-school football and track players kick it all over the place, cars spread it around even when I broom it to the center of the street and it has cost me a bicycle tire and tube well over $50.

Not pleased. Politely asking: “When does it go away?”
