MASON CITY: Thomas E. Manning, also known to many as Tom or Gene, passed away on Wednesday, November 6th, 2019, at the Good Shepherd Health Center. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, November 23rd, 2019, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 213 N Pennsylvania Ave. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service time on Saturday.
