Letter to the Editor: Vote Doug Kamm for Floyd County supervisor

Passionate, persistent, prepared, problem-solver, proven — these are all words that describe Doug Kamm, and a few of the many reasons I am supporting Doug for the position of Floyd County supervisor.

Doug Kamm will continue to provide integrity, accountability, trustworthy leadership, a strong work ethic, unwavering support for all citizens of Floyd County, and will make the tough decisions that aren’t always popular, or easy, but will make them because they are the right decisions.

We are fortunate in Floyd County to have so many excellent candidates seeking election to the supervisor position in a matter of days. However, go take a look at the Floyd County website, and peruse the committee/board appointments Doug holds to prove his commitment to the citizens of Floyd County.

Doug Kamm understands common sense decision-making. He is a true believer in “representative government.” Doug will safeguard our tax dollars and do his homework on the issues.

As a business owner in the community, Doug understands the hard working people of Floyd County and the daily struggles we face. He is not a career politician who has lost touch with those he represents.

Doug has proven he is the leader we need, and continue to need, representing us. Please join me in re-electing Doug Kamm to the Floyd County Board of supervisors.
