Business confirms McQuillen Place lease as apartments take shape

Crews prepare the outside of McQuillen Place's Jackson Street/Clark Street corner for plastering. Simply Essentials will be moving in training and corporate office locations on the first floor, CEO Dennis Krause told the Press.

The 18-foot clock tower sits at the back of the lot waiting to be installed on top of the McQuillen Place development.
