Sink or success? RRMR shows up at cardboard races

R-R-MR's "Fearless Knights" get to work on their boat on Wednesday in the Cedar River Complex in Osage.

"Fearless Knights" Sarah Parcher, Kelsey Andersand and Amber Staudt won first place for most creative boat.

"Sink or Swim" students Sydney Fullerton, Alyssa Staudt, Betsy Schweizer and Theresa Jones with their creation. Staudt and Fullerton manned the craft in the pool.

Cardboard, duct tape and physics calculations scatter the CRC gym as students construct their boats.
