WELLNESS CALENDAR Immunizations

Five childhood immunization clinics are scheduled this month at the Floyd County Public Health office, 1003 Gilbert St., Charles City. The clinics on Dec. 16 and 29 are from 9 a.m. to noon. The clinics on Dec. 9, 10 and 21 are from 1-4 p.m.

Cedar Crest Apartments, 910 13th St., will host a free blood pressure clinic from 10-11 a.m., July 16.

Alzheimers

The Alzheimer’s Care-giver Support Group will meet at 4 p.m., Dec. 15 at St. John Lutheran Church in Charles City. Call Floyd County Public Health with questions 641-2576111

WIC clinics

Floyd County Women, Infants, and Children food and nutrition service will have two clinics this month. They will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Dec. 22 and 23 at 200 Hardwood Drive, Charles City. Appointments are required. Call 1-800657-5856.
