Bearcats sweep West Fork meet

North Butler cruised to a 3-0 sweep against West Fork, RRMR and Riceville on Thursday night.

The No. 10 ranked wrestler in Dalton Nelson for the 160-pound weight class earned three victories to remain perfect on the season. Nelson won two matches by falls and one by forfeit.

Trae Ulrich, who has bounced around from weight class to weight class this season, came away with two wins in the 190-pound weight class. His only loss was to RRMR’s Heath Farr, who was 3-0 on the night.

The Bearcats’ next action will come on Dec. 12 in a triangular with Humbolt and Ogden at Ogden High School starting at 9 a.m.
